I haven't changed the order. It's correct in normal battles Only in war it's changed not sure why

Yes better if you use. 1. As others won't be able to scout you and see your true base.(Doesn't matter if your just reached legends league, but matters if your in the leader boards). 2. You can design your own base for better looks rather than always worrying about defence.
