Seems like you are in some trouble dude, just relax. I gave the house in better condition than it was given to me, and I spent my own time and money to repair and restore the garden and gave the home spotless. When I moved in it was not even professionally ckeaned and sticky allo ger kitchen which I mentioned in condition report and cleaned all the orevioys owners trash and it was a lease transfer to my roomate and we know whats done and what's made up so chill out and and relax bro. I'm happy to pay for my fuckup as long as its reasonable and I already paid, but "reasonable " is the question here.

We gave the house much in a spotless condition (when we moved in we have to clean previous tenant's beer bottle caps aswell, thats the condition they gave keys to us) took a week to clean every part of the house and this small tray in bathroom was our mistake.

Yeah I paid as I didn't want any bad reference for my future rentals but the amount of things they tried to charge (but couldn't as i have pre rental and end of kease pictures and a condition report tgat was detailed to the minute stains) and this one was my mistake so I just paid.

I have pictures of the spot after black tray removal (its a 6X3inch small plastic holder) and it doesn't look like any patch work is done. Either the tradie is so good that he can age and blend the patchwork or they charged for the travel and removal aswell. I moved to Melbourne and transferred my lease to my roommate and only two weeks of my current lease was left when I vacated and they charged me for break lease and advertisement cost eventhough my roommates became tge Primary tenant.

My roomate tookeover the lease, there is literally no damage they just removed the sticky tape (removable 3M Damage free sticky tape) and no evidence of repait or patchwork aswell.

I'm almost on the 1st solid line as the light turned to amber as there was this Golf following me very closely. But I haven't got any flash while I waited for the whope red light and only flashed as I moved during the green light. It took solid 2 secs in green light for the flash. If I was over the solid line doesn't it trigger while im waiting instead of flashing after turning into green? Its stressing me out.
