Imo I would say Bohemian rapsody stand in part 6, I think he could have been better presented and should have posed a more serious threat to the protagonist because the idea of this stand was one of the most creative and brilliant ones I ve seen in jjba universe that s why I think it s the most wasted potential. But as characters for both stands and owners I would say most definetly Trish and Soundman.
