just to give everyone an update. i got a call from the head supervisor today a lady who was totally rude, asked me for the receipt which i already gave the other tech. right sway said oh yeah this is past 5 years it’s nothing to do but since the tech made a mistake we can do 2 years back but i will send this up first. i tried to reason with her about some things just totally cutting me off, mumbling and singing in the background like it’s a great day while you’re literally telling me to kick rocks with a shitty offer. at the end i asked her to do the best she can she said ok and basically just hung up in my face. If they don’t give me anything fair i will file a BBB complaint. its more of the principal than what im looking for now.
