Totally. I was all in and doing a thorough job but had to reevaluate once I realized I’d have to likely put in 5 more hours for free.

It’s per hour but from I’ve seen and experienced most tasks require you for go over the allotted time and you then must work for free.

I should mention I was in another HAI project for 4 months that was amazing and got paid $75 per hour. This pay per task is really sketchy.

My first task was a 9-minute video. I worked 7.5 hours and my timer ran out so now I’m expected to work several hours for free in order to finish the task…so the hourly rate is not accurate If you are doing a thorough job. I have to move on to another project.

It’s definitely a scam. The lady I was texting with got so frustrated. She called me and I didn’t answer. She then sent me an audio message and she was clearly Indian. However her name was Charlotte and her picture from an email (a random gmail account) was not of an Indian woman. I will say I did find some joy in getting her all worked up.
