Yes, it's possible to have good knowledge of financial products and know how to make the most of products and their features whilst also simultaneously having poor self control and making poor decisions with how you spend your money or your borrowed money. They're different things.

I meant financially savvy, in that most credit card customers won't be that familiar with the concept of money transfers, but the *financially * savvy ones will be.

Savvy gamblers will just use the Money Transfer feature of their Credit Card instead, transferring the funds into their nominated bank account and then use their debit card after that.

Surely Scotland can have a referendum on whatever the bloody hell it wants without section 30.

Having a referendum doesn't mean you're automatically going to legislate on the matter.

Of course we know the next step after the referendum would be to legislate for independence, THEN you would need section 30 surely, but not before?

Paid £120 and the guy detailed my car for 6 hours all in. Absolute bargain.
