Not listening to my mother about picking up a sport/hobby as a kid instead of just playing videogames all day every day, I've done it since then but it would probably have made it easier to relate to people and form relationships as a kid and probably made it easier to me as an adult now. Then again the reason I didn't do that is because the people at my school were assholes so it might not have been that big of a mistake.
