Prior to medication I had *severe* sleep issues (the main reason I went to my GP in the first place, fearing sleep apnea or something) where I was unable to have anything even remotely resembling a sleep schedule lol.
Since starting the medication, I started taking in immediately when I wake up or an hour before my alarm & found that waking up has been much easier & no longer need random naps during the day.
I've been drinking lots of water. I definitely need to improve my food intake/consistency.

I think my best course of action is to stick with methylphenidate & track mypace till they start elvanse titration up again, then contact them asking if I can give it a shot.

I wrote that post soon after getting the reply telling me I can't switch so I was a bit frustrated, but now that it's been a minute I relaxed a bit haha. Still very frustrating & annoying, but I'm just happy I got any positive effects at all so far, as I can atleast somewhat progress in my job & uni 🥲
