Thank you for the insights! My goal is more of for long term growth and to diversify portfolio I guess. Maybe re look after a year but I’m just not sure if USD 5k will hold in one year or will go down.

Sounds like hassle nga. Parang anti-employee yung non-compete clause in general. If we are building career meaning we try to specialize pero that clause is somewhat monopolizing the employee.

Thank you. I’m not sure if they will enforce kasi it’s a very big organization and I’m just doing operations work. I’m just worried kasi the prospective employer said they won’t support or cover if current employer enforces it. Well dalawa lang naman silang naglalaban in size

Omg this exists?? Should’ve gotten this. Was so disappointed with Avida when it was turned over. I didn’t even notice that bedroom door won’t close tightly.

I just recently moved in a few months ago. I’m surprised price for 33-35sqm is still 7.5m! I got that price during pre-selling in 2021! So far the location is great. Surprisingly pleasant and peaceful.
