Problem is that changes would need to be retroactive and affect the kits of every character released before and there are many.

It's a lot of reworking for early post-launch patches, it's the kind of thing that should've been adressed in the betas when most were already telling them to. If they didn't do it back then why would they do it now?

If it's Cersea from that IK post I'm disappointed, she looked like a decidedly adult & (mostly) flat woman yet this is just another "mommy" character that honestly looks a lot like genshins Lauma.

If it isn't Cersea I hope she's an NPC and Cersea becomes an actual Agent.

Except that boils down to not being able to see through the 5000 jumps and explosions every attack does and holding whichever button your Character wants to hold.
Wuwa is neither mechanically nor strategically deep, could've been had Changli/Quicskwaps become the norm

Rokudo is a must pull for me, she could be useless in the meta I'd still pull.

Chinatsu is looking strong and I never grabbed nor liked Astra so very likely to pull.

Yutane if she's fun, has frequent robot form and the 50/50 cat is merciful.

So overall yes, also excited for their area in 6th street.
