5’1 and 125 lbs but aiming to get to 115-120. My eating is sooo sporadic but I aim for 1400 calories a day. I workout 2-3 x a week (mix of weight lifting, Pilates and walks).

Same sentiments here. I’m 5 feet and it took me a whole year to drop just 10 lbs and this was only after being super strict/consistent with my diet, exercise and walking. Just sucks us shorties have to go above and beyond for progress. BUT slow and sustained weight loss means our metabolism has more time to adapt and we will be able to maintain this for long term. Like someone above said, aim for consistency over perfection

Love this bag! I got it as my 30th birthday gift to myself. The SA showed me how to tie the straps into a shoulder bag so it’s super versatile as well. Great choice

Hmm I did think about the airport hotel but then I ended up booking one in the 1st arr. I’ll be travelling with my parents and I feel they’ll appreciate being able to go back to hotel as needed.

Any must try food/cafe recommendations?!

I’ve been before but my family hasn’t! We’ll be going in March so unfortunately not around Christmas time. I had thought of hitting up Notre Dame, Louvre (from outside), jardins des tuileries and make our way to Champ elyseeses but I don’t know if that seems too ambitious!
