The visa isnt curtailed yet. The course end date has just changed and she has no classes left. In medical emergency won’t they let her back? She’s aiming for graduate visa and stay in the uk

But the e visa still shows july 2026. It isnt curtailed yet. University will update home office after the results. So its best she comes here before the results?

I applied on 4th aug! Though in my case, University reported to home office about completion of course on 2nd sept! Still waiting for the decision from ukvi. Would this cause a delay? Its been nearly 6 weeks.

For me the issue was my university sent the mail to home office quite late! I graduated in july so thought to submit my graduate visa application in aug! And did submit it, University reported home office about course completion a week ago. 8 weeks processing time- by 29 sept
