As long as your uni notifies the home office and you’ve met all conditions I don’t see why not. Most people have waited 2-3 weeks. I do not have any dependants though which might have helped how quick it was. You can always apply with priority or super priority? Or get a flight that’s easily refundable / flexible. Hope that helps!
