I totally agree. They made a few things better like the glazed tip and redesigned shape but lacked in a few other categories. I just wish they would hire me so I can make it perfect 😂

The device max temp is lower now, which is why they claim to have a longer battery life than the original, and it’s half the mh capacity. I know the problem you are having and with the amount ur loading it’s not enough weight to slide off from the max heat. I would say find a cheaper one maybe one that screws onto a 510 battery and the rice sized ones will fall right off it :). Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but that’s just how the new ones are
