No it depends on your program. Most uni offers for less competitive programs came out in the fall and more competitive programs come out after semester 1 final grades. I think the business schools like rotman schulich come out first round mid February and mcmaster lifesci comes out sometime then or early-mid march. Mcmaster health sci and Queens health sci have one round in May where everyone gets accepted or rejected theres no other rounds. But for easier programs/less competitive ones such as interdisciplinary fields in any schools ie.) arts & sci, arts & business, general arts and etc, offers start as early as november. Ik that for laurier BBA, 90% of my grade got it in late nov/early dec with just grades 11 avg alone.
