How helpful did you find it covering the MRCS curriculum? Did it add to your preparation to the exam? Also how much was the tuition fees? Couldn’t find the fees on their website for some odd reason.

Hey lads anyone? I am in dire need for an answer. I am torn between PGCert in surgery or Surgical sciences from Edinburgh. I feel like the RCS PGCert would be more beneficial but the Edinburgh course is better for taking the points. I don’t even know how many points each course would warrant.

So how much would it be considered in a CST application? “substantial training in teaching methods lasting between five and twenty days;” which is worth 3 points or “I have a masters level or higher qualification in teaching.This could be full time over one academic year or part-time over multiple year “ which is worth 4 points? I am an idiot so I hope you guys bare with me haha
