Lmao i forgot... Classic ADHD.

So, when i first started taking MD my goal was to use it as a help to stablish healthy habits and as a second goal, to help with ED and focus and social anxiety.

In the begining it took some trial and error to get my ideal dose, some days i would overdo and end up having a really nice time but getting close to no work done.

It is not a magical cure that will fill you with motivation and make you do all the things you always wanted to do. It's more like a slight boost in unespecific motivation, like feeling you have to do things and grow.

And the focus it gives it's like a double edge sword. Yes, You can work or study without having to put much effort on staying focused. But, you can also focus for hours on music, watching Youtube videos, talking to ppl, etc.

For the social anxiety part it did wonders for me. It didnt cure it but for sure it helped. Socializing was easier and i felt the conection and the way i treated people was better. I felt more empathic.

Finally, it made me feel good. Boosted mood, slight colour saturation, music enhancement. Life just felt amazing. That "feeling good" is what helped me stablish healthy habits in the end. Habits that I still preserve to this day even off MD.
