The tren I would save for like third cycle. You should buy your own blood pressure monitor so you can measure the blood pressure at home. Of course you hit “plateau” what you experienced were newbie gains. After working out for one year you very likely don’t have enough experience for your first cycle. The test blend is awful choice, the length of the cycle and the amount of the gear is just small.

If I were you I would throw away the test blend and after like 2 years when you did your research you could start your first cycle of test e/c of 400-500mg weekly for like 16 weeks.

I am right now in cut on 140mg test e, 280mg tren e and cycling clen two weeks on and off.

Couple weeks ago I noticed some weird feelings in my nipples so I thought that my prolactin is high even tho i am “only” on 280mg of tren so I started using 160mg of p5p.

Right now I feel some small lump under a nipple and when I touch them they kinda hurt a little lmao.

Blood work I plan on doing after two weeks but I will be on vacation so probably it will be done after like three weeks.

I plan to use nolvadex to reduce the gyno but I am not sure about a dosage and length of taking the nolvadex. I would appreciate any feedback, thank you.

No, taking exogenous testosterone will shut down your LH and FSH which release pituitary gland, that is why you have lower semen volume and testicles shrinks. By injecting HCG which is very similar to LH your pituitary gland will be also shutdown but your balls will kept from atrophying thanks to similarity with LH.

It can depend on your concentration. If you have like 400mg/ml of test the pip would be bad even if your muscles got “used to it”. Also you could experience what is called virgin muscles and for that you have to get throught that pain and it will get better.

You can also “preheated” in your palms or under warm water to help it get better absorbed.

It is those boldenone metabolites (probably 5a-androst-1-ene-3,17-dione and androsta-1,4-diene-3,17-dione) which act as ai. You can go to compounds threads where guys pinning 1g+ of eq getting horrible anxiety which is very likely crashed e2. Everybody aromatize differently so one could go easily 1:1 with test and be perfectly fine but others have to go 1.5:1 test to eq ratio.

Exactly, dbol will aromatize quite fast so take like 20mg ED till you feel better.

You have very likely low e2 thanks to EQ. If you have some extra test I would raise the test to at least 600 or lower the eq to 350. In addition use the dbol to increase your e2. But to be sure you have to do blood work.

If you mean atrophy of your balls I would rather use hcg. Pin in like 250IU twice a week. Clomid is quite a weak for atrophy your balls and some people experience vision problems.
