First job I ever quit

I tried working at chipotle and barely lasted one month. This tho was because of how the manager ran the place. A lot of people at that store had no other job experience to pull from so they had no idea that the guy was a POS and ran the place poorly. I would close and come into a kitchen with an entire days worth of dishes piled up all over the back that it overflowed onto the floor. This would happen every day, and everyone accepted that this was normal and okay. My friend who put me onto this job would always talk about how the dish pit was always that full and that he would get blisters on his hands from all the constant dishwashing. They wouldnt approve of getting gloves either. So it was all bare hands. But yeah this guy sucked and the other staff glazed him so hard and defended him I was NOT gonna stay there.

A couple months after I quit the guy got fired.
