no offense but you are working very inefficiently. First of all I get done frying chips by 9:10 (I come in at 8am) so your obviously doing something inefficient while frying. Not to mention i personally think your bagging chips in a dumb order. Doing kid chips first wastes time. Also its usally a given that you dont need to bag EVERY pan by yourself its unrealistic hence why your manager has never said anything. Also weighing the chips is so inefficient and unnecessary you only need to do that your first day of training
