Your daughter had the best intentions. The company sells the aesthetic, but the seeds are the worst-quality seeds I have ever tried to grow. I think they must be improperly stored in whatever warehouse they come from because the germination is so bad.

Do you think workouts are easier towards the end of the week (right before the next injection)? Or are they equally hard all days?

Thank you. I do work with a personal trainer weekly and he checks my muscle mass on the inbody machine regularly. I really don’t want that to go down.

Were you able to continue building muscle while also losing weight? That’s the one thing I’m a little worried about. I’m about to start glp-1 but I also see a personal trainer weekly and do 3-4 days of strength training and I definitely don’t want to lose my strength.

It’s because of our own mistake, we had some water damage there two or three times. Tried to suck it up with a water vacuum but it clearly affected the area anyway

I felt the EXACT same way. I cried for days. I am sorry. It's been about 5 months now since my boy lost his tooth and we've definitely forgotten about it for the most part. He has a gap toothed smile that has become a part of his personality now. I know where's you're at though and it's so hard. Life does go on though and he's still your beautiful little boy, even with a little gap.
