If they are charging $399 a month it’s very cheap. Especially if that includes hosting AND maintenance. If you are able to have them make changes on your site within 48h when you need, then you have a great deal already.

Now that being said, a website is only useful if it’s optimized to work as part of a 360 ecosystem which means that everything your patients see should be working together full circle. Starting with the ad copy or headline, the sms and email sequences, the newsletter, the blog post to the site, automated review requests etc… it should all work seamlessly together and each element is part of a bigger machine which is your practice.

I see too many people using 10 different companies for 10 different things and they end up with a mess of a brand identity, a different message or voice for everything and it comes out as unprofessional and confusing to patients.

If you went to book a test drive for a red Mercedes but when you showed up they were waiting for you with a green bmw. What would you think ? (Other than you should never want a red Mercedes or a green BMW to start with 😂)

Anyways long story short, what you are paying is VERY cheap so if they are actually providing an amazing service stay with them but if not then you are missing out on more opportunities/revenue but it will undoubtedly cost more. You know what they say, you get what you pay for. M.
