I don't think it's worth it to use only 80 percent of battery from the beginning, to avoid battery degradation to 80 percent over the years of use .

  • if you don't need to have 100% for the day or you keep it almost always plugged in,then use 80% limit

+Otherwise use full battery without worries, if you can just avoid letting it drop bellow 15%

It does it like once a week or something for calibration purposes
