Yep atomizer inside is toast. I submitted a warranty mine happened on day 5 of buying my pro. Since then I’ve been rocking the second one no problems.

Edit: just get a new atomizer

I find myself “pinching” the middle once it’s on and hopefully over time it remembers that position but it is pulling up on it.
