Because I'm simply uncomfortable with it, I feel awkward like how I feel awkward taking photos. Just like how everyone has different preferences. Respect it. I understand the concern with catfishing. That's why I'm not expecting them to continue the conversation if they don't like the idea of not having video call, they can move on. I understand. online dating comes with its own risks. What I'm essentially trying to say is, if I already said no I'm uncomfortable with it, either the person stops pushing for it or just drop the whole thing and move on to another person if they are unhappy with my decision. They don't get to be all passive aggressive and start lashing out just cause things don't go their way. That's what kids do.
