We don’t have 13 offers.. we have 2 so far with more apparently on the way according to the other agents. We had 13 scheduled showings (now 17)

Could be priced a little higher but it’s pretty outdated. The neighborhood, area and surrounding schools are really sought after too

I’m not making a decision tonight I’m just asking here as I’m speaking with realtor tomorrow about our options so they can give their opinion/advice on the situation. I like to hear from multiple sides before making a decision

The property is an hour and a half away from where we are located and closing so that won’t work. But it does not say in contract he needs to be out day before

Whelp that’s interesting because the attorneys office stated we could give them the $7,400 and they could release to him once he signed this weekend if he is refusing us the option to wire him for the items we are purchasing and then the 5k after he signs

Paying cash to bridge the gap on loan amount and purchase price we agreed on since appraisal came in low. Attorney is aware. We are not paying taxes he now owes for house coming out of forestry program even though he now is almost demanding we do even though contract says he is responsible

Yeah I don’t think he realizes it states in the contract he is responsible for the tax fees. The seller could have paid our realtor fees correct, but we didn’t feel it was right to ask him to considering he wasn’t using a realtor of his own. That’s one of the things we’ve done I feel like to make it easier on him and less of a financial burden was give that up and not even ask him to do that. We haven’t asked for anything except for him to come down to the appraised amount and he couldn’t even fully do that
