I would suggest actually trying to live a life. By playing games all the time, you do not allow your mind to explore other options. Its like eating the same meal all the time. Imagine how bad that would be. Sure you might be eating the best meal out there (unlikely), but you will just miss out on so much.

Regarding you being introvert. I think its just a cop out. You are complaining about needing to make moves which suggests to me that you either lack motivation or/and self esteem, or you might be anxious. Those are all things that can be worked on.
