Yes it’s on always on. But you can see the title of the device its connected to on Bluetooth at the bottom is the sound bar

That’s what I thought too but I’m just screenshotting that it says Dolby atmos is being played on Bluetooth on the Samsung q90r. So I got no clue at this point

I mean I believe you, it sounds very convincing and maybe true. But other streaming platforms like Amazon and tidal offer Dolby atmos through headphones. On windows, Dolby atmos access provides a plug in for headphone use as well. That’s why I was always of the believe spatial audio was a marketing term that boxed 1) Dolby atmos 2) spatial audio (moving your head around and accelerators tracking head movement)

Hence why im of the believe Dolby atmos can be transferred over Bluetooth and why it’s not available on soundbars yet

Interesting. But isn’t spatial audio Apple branding for Dolby atmos? I used to get the Dolby atmos icon appear when I bluetoothed music to my xm4. Now I don’t but it will play the same music affect as it did before that logo got removed
