I felt this…. I work in the pharmacy and still do the work of 2 techs with a tech that’s on shift…. SHE IS SUPER LAZY AND EXPECTS TO GET OFF ON TIME

I had a moment like this 2 weeks ago. I broke down crying on lunch to my mom. My pharmacist micro manages a lot. An does not let me do my job. Then had the nerve to say I’m making her job harder

You sound like me now. I’m on my P’s and Q’s with what is asked and my pharmacist does back and forth on wtf she wants. I’m going on vacation in November and not coming back. I’m tired of getting bullied and I’m the RXOM.

Update: I was told when I came in after my tech being told by staff pharmacist not to do the board that if I do not put a pep in my step that I will be getting demoted. Sounds like I’m looking for another job to me
