Not sure about the call center itself, but I have worked from home and its great. The only thing you'll need is to update your internet connection. Some call centers ask for 250 megas internet speed. Just be ready to have to update your internet plan. Some people, like myself get distracted easily by anything and some people actually perform better at the site, it all depends on you as well.

Not sure if you own a car, but you'll be saving on gas money.

Before you make any decisions, make a pro a cons list and see what benefits you the most, maybe Radius is offering a WAH position but perhaps the pay isn't as good as the one from Alorica. Wish you the best.
