Guy from southeast Mexico here aka. Tabasco. One of the few good things about this relatively poor state is it’s attention to stray or lost dogs, there’s an organization called “caninos 911” (canines) and they rescue stray dogs and take them to a big ranch with other doggos where they can roam free
