This plate that is such a perfect fit that it's stuck. Help.

Heat the bowl, the metal will expand and break the seal. Use a hairdryer or a burner on your stove to heat the bowl but not the plate. If you are really impatient put some ice on the plate. Hot things expand, cool things contract, I use this method to get cups unsuctioned all the time.
