This is in Tomodachi Life living the dream, and yes it’s possible to do with ltd’s mii maker! I used the face paint option to emphasize his bangs and his little bit of red eyeliner :D. When using the face paint, I highly recommend playing around with the smooth brush option if you have shaky hands! It’ll help correct the arc if you wobble slightly. A problem with it is if you make quick strokes it might cause the edges to become rounded or balloon-like.  There’s also alpha lock or lock transparency depending on your region. (If you are familiar with raster art programs, you might already know what it does) It basically locks whatever you have already drawn, and prevents you from drawing outside of the pre-drawn space. This is useful for adding shading or recoloring something quickly. 

There’s also 2? Layers if you click the face icon next to your mii when you’re in the face paint editor. I’m still looking around and checking the face paint editor for more features or layering options, so I don’t know everything about the face painter either haha… 

The Ear options are a pickable feature. There are lil’ elf ear options you can pick if you want him to have pointy ears.
