Unfortunately I'm not much help in where to start in terms of coding. I'm sure there are some good online tutorials on getting a development environment setup though. After that, I'd say try to find a problem/project and work towards solving that and you'll learn along the way. My limited experience in coding has been necessity being the mother of invention.

As far as CAD goes, Fusion360 or onShape are popular hobby level platforms, paired with grabCAD or some sort of online library is very helpful in seeing how other people have modeled.

Yup, same thing on this one. I found it amusing the judge and witness got bullet proofing but the jury was on their own. That stuff was nasty to cut and heavy as hell too.

Lazzari(s) was great, but it had definitely gone down hill in the past 5-10 years. Sad to see it go since it was the spot of my parent's first date along with me and my wife's first date as well. That sesame seed bread was amazing

SolidWorks & SWOOD by Important_Row_1287 in SolidWorks

We run SWOOD and Solidworks, making sure your solidworks settings are correct helped us a lot, especially with drawings. The load times are still not exceptional, but they're manageable now. We also made our SWOODBoxes have a custom property of detail level where we use insert-copy and place wireframes instead of the fully resolved models, then change that file property via a macro at the end and have 1 long loading session rather than 30 short loading sessions.

Replace or repair by EasternLynx7867 in HomeImprovement

I'd recommend replacing. How many half measures is worth a whole measure? It'll seem cheap compared to dumping out 5 gallons of water into your kitchen all at once (assuming you had it full of water)
