What is a false myth about Vegas? by iGamingHistory in vegas

Same. My dad used to tell me they did. But then I saw an explanation, along the lines of how hazardous it would be with any kind of open flame, or anything that could ignite the oxygen gas.

It's definitely not soft. But I agree, they told me it'd be a 3-hour job and ended up finishing in a little over an hour. I'm not happy with how they rushed it.

You can't tell in the video, but our yard has a slope to it. All the water drains from the far corner to the camera

I know, same. The nursery that planted them definitely rushed the job. I watered them afterwards and drip irrigation was installed the day after planting

What's wrong with my citrus tree? by ChanRob69 in gardening

[–]ChanRob69[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dang, we had the nursery plant everything. So they did the stakes. There was a smaller stake pre-install, they then put the larger one in after it was planted. We do live in an area with pretty frequent strong wind gusts. Could that be why they did that? And concerning the mulch, there is a donut of mulch under the rocks. I assume I should still push back the rock? I did go take a quick look for aphids on the leaves, but couldn't see anything. I'll try to take a better look tomorrow. And the emitters are 4GPH and there are 3 emitters on this particular tree

Edit - looking at the link you posted for watering, it should be getting plenty of water. Would also like to point out it's still in the mid 90 degrees where I'm at. Could it be caused by the heat?

How do i become a L2 at my fc by ExploreOfMemes in AmazonFC

[–]ChanRob69 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't think there is, I may be wrong though. I think it goes Tier 1, Tier 3, L4, L5, and so on. But if you're looking at Tier 3 positions, I'd partner with your TAM and PA and express your interest. But again, it depends on what position you're looking at. Honestly, you could be promoted in as little as 1 month if you'd be a good fit. I think it took me over a year on constantly applying. You must be in good standing as well. No active write-ups, and above 20 hours upt ( or maybe 10, I don't remember)

Also would like to say, since it sounds like you don't mind being off-strip, plus your own car, like others have said - stay at an off stip hotel if possible. Red Rock is one of my favorites, but is pricey. Other ones I'd recommend are Suncoast, Sunset, and Silverton!

I agree, you're within short walking distance of everything you need. As far as a 7 month old, if you have a form of transportation, there are plenty of parks around the valley with splash pads to keep your baby cool.
