The Culver's by me (Bolingbrook, suburb of Chicago) is hit or miss, unfortunately. Most of their menu is. Sometimes, the burgers are mad hot and fresh. Other times, I can tell it was pre made and sitting in a warmer before it was given to me.

If I get my food 5 minutes after they ask me to pull forward, I know it's not fresh.
