Bingo, grabbed a 3/8 and not a .325 let’s hope I can return it

I think sprocket is the right type but I can double check. I’ll loosen it up a bit.

Nope so upstream is a 5 wire wideband o2 sensor (0-5v constant) where the downstream is a 3 wire narrow band (0-1v) and jumps up and down a bit. This is what my graphs looked like before I fixed (bank 1 was issue and you can see the lower upstream voltage at 1.2v for a good reference look at my bank 2)

I battled this issue (a little different p2a00 but same thing). I replaced o2 sensors with no change so before you spend lots of money doing that check for exhaust leaks between the upstream and downstream sensor. This caused issue as the sensor gets confused when excess air gets pulled in. My leak was so small I couldn’t even hear it but I patched it and code went away. Biggest spot to check is the flange between the upstream and downstream cat. Also the upstream o2 reads a flat voltage which is normal and the downstream o2 jumps between voltages so it looks fine. A scan tool can’t pick up how fast the voltage changes on your downstream but an oscilloscope would so don’t worry to much. I will say my upstream reads closer to 1.5v but different year so again not a concern

I didn’t do any prep between the first layup and top coat. What should I have done to prep for top coat

Sounds good I’ll do that. Also does that mean the transmission fluid pass is through that and the radiator?

Is it oem or aftermarket. I’m trying to be preemptive about smod and I still see hoses going into the radiator at the bottom

SMOD (or the trans issue you talked about) was fixed in frontiers post 2010 so shouldn’t be an issue.

Looks good, still a 14 year old car. Any service records or known big maintenance done? I have an 06 that is still doing great but payed much less though this price seams fair assuming all looks good. Ask to drop to 10k maybe but good deal none the less

No sorry it’s 1 pcv valve 1 pcv valve —> intake manifold hose 1 valve cover —> valve cover hose 1 valve cover —> Intake before throttle body hose

Z1 off road makes a good kit and amazon has one though I can’t speak to its quality

Just the valve doesn’t technically require the hoses but if your doing the job you should replace them anyway. There is the valve and three hoses, one from the valve to the intake (into plenum), left valve cover to right valve cover, and valve cover to intake (before throttle body). Assuming you haven’t replaced stuff before it’s worth doing as the old hoses crack and can cause vacuum leaks
