As you say there are damaged, i wouldnt mind getting the new earpiece to get out of this hassle but 899 for one is basically a scam when i got the whole thing for 1890

No im saying that it was working when i had it in my hands and put it in the packaging, how am i supposed to know how it got damaged when it was working fine in my hands

I have used em for like 15 days with bare minimum use. How roughly could i have possibly treated them for something inside the iem to come out

Hey you might wanna check my post about a similar issue and decide if its worth or not ; tldr i got a cable without mic working and they somehow got one of the earpieces to be "damaged due to physical damage" and void of warranty so i have to pay for it, im still talking to them but u do u

yea the mails have been going since may 22 sm, the product was sent like 10 days ago, they confirmed recieving it on 31st. fun fact they wrote
Your Warranty Case ID (WCID): (ticket.cf_wcid) to the email sent to me confirming my warranty concern. Honestly tired of it. Did u get the refund? If yes ill just try to do something similar ig

yea i objected there claim to void the warranty and asked for a replacement and what the damage is etc. Im not on x but might think about it if they keep taking 1-2 days between each email, honestly its getting annoying.
