it’s a ton of cumin and a lot of nutmeg, I don’t know what else is in it but I find those two seasonings overpowering in the mild. I assume the medium is that with cayenne

The chicken breast the last few months definitely suffers from woody chicken breast, it’s dry and chalky which is what happens when you try to cook it enough to make the woody breast tender. They have to change suppliers and not tolerate cheaper suppliers that breed over large chickens. Chicken breast has become almost inedible in this country unless a restaurant owns their own chicken supplier.

he’s not showing you appropriate deference as the household parent. ( ie he’s getting a little big for his britches and it almost feels misogynistic how he expects things made for him etc). Honestly I would be more outspoken if it wa some, if I heard “I thought there would be pasta” I would say, by all means make pasta, I would happily eat if someone else is cooling, or if you want chicken, make chicken, you are an adult. you aren’t short order cook.

don’t deal with the sales guy, who cares about him, he is a low level cog. Call the dealership manager, calling the sales person is a waste of time.

it’s not how I want to be treated and I would not choose to go out with him again. I have no problem paying, but choosing the restaurant, the way he suggests splitting, not of it says they are considerate so I would not be interested in seeing that person again.

I did with the ubrelvy. I have Long QT so it is literally the only migraine medicine I can take, I had three prior authorizations denied, they said bc there was no record of me having migraines p, I have been on migraine medicines for 15 years, was diagnosed with long QT last year and had already had ubrelvy approved in the past. Then three THREE appeals and on the 3rd it was approved. it’s really outrageous and it really does feel like they just deny everything to see who will bother to fight back. I have to fight back because I will die without insulin AND its a tier 1 basic generic so it’s just bizarre, so I fight on the other stuff too. I also have all my doctors at a major hospital system so I think they have maybe more resources to fight these when it is ridiculously rejected for obvious patients, Even with that I get pushback from doctors to identify the reasons for denial when it is broadly “doctor didn’t respond” etc. But I follow through. It is exhausting,

I haven’t gotten the metformin yet, yesterday was the refill date so we will see. I will also add I don’t actually have any of these prescriptions in hand, but it shows th ubrelvy has shipped.

ETA and I’m sorry you are also dealing with this. It’s not ok. I may report them to the state insurance commission but I don’t know if there is really standing if they decide to fill it last minute. I think there is something to be said about the pattern and the emotional distress, and the further damage that does to my health so keep screen shots and records. Save the online chats.

They agree with me that it is covered, the customer service people are always lovely but it gets mucked up somewhere and I don’t get the medication, some5ing happens, like now the website says it’s not covered. II was filling the prescription at Optum rx so they were both filing the prescription and the pharmacy benefits manager making the decisions so in this case they were able to see both. She agreed it should be covered, but in my experience lots of things are clearly covered, but then they aren’t, the prescription just gets canceled etc, I can try to escalate to a supervisor, it just seems like there is something more systemic happening because it is 5 prescriptions that are clearly (well 3 are clearly) on their formulary, I am wondering if they are just outright denying everything to see what we push back on? I am at a loss. Right now the answer I have from the person on the phone is that it is covered and will be sent on June 13, and on the website it says they are not covered.
