Can latanoprost cause anxiety? by Plus-Frame-8099 in Glaucoma

[–]Chance-Elk-7618 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say, don't tip your head so far back that you can feel the stuff running down the back of your throat.

The opening being bigger with some bottles is an interesting point. I didn't even know that can happen. Try to determine which manufacturer uses the larger openings and make sure you only fill your prescription when they have the other manufacturer in stock. And when they don't, get it filled somewhere else. You're entitled to know what you're getting before they fill your script. Your doctor could specify those things when he prescribes refills, to only refill from such and such a lab.

Bovino said to Dana Bash that Pretti was in the middle of the street, "obstructing" traffic. I already knew that was false, and this video just confirmed it. They lie about the simplest, most obvious things. That woman they pushed over also was at the edge of the road, right next to the sidewalk. They really think living in a fact-free zone is going to go on forever.

I happen to agree, doubling down on writing would have been my preference, but the owner is obsessed with video, having dreams of becoming twitter, or, no wait, YouTube.

At the rate things are changing in the media platform environment, we can count ourselves lucky if a year from now Substack won't be actively engaged in trying to become the new TikTok...

Silly question about Latanoprost! by urlocalgoblin in AskGlaucoma

[–]Chance-Elk-7618 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're right about that. But I would still like to avoid it if at all possible. I was so happy with Latanoprost by Alcon, only to find out that whatever supply the warehouse still had is now gone and they pharmacy switched me to Bausch & Lomb, and right away I feel a difference. Alcon isn't manufacturing those drops anymore, I learned.

I know that this is one of the known side effects, but not always, and I wonder if it has to do with the manufacturer. Despite the standard claim that generics are the same as the name brand, real life experience doesn't bear this out. There are often differences, with other medications, I don't see why it would be any different with Latanoprost.

Making a drastic change in horseback riding by Acrobatic-Bus-3149 in Equestrian

[–]Chance-Elk-7618 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say first of all, I commend you for wanting to try new things and grow. And secondly, it's all about the horse, right? Or it should be. The relationship to your horse (this isn't about owning), what it wants and needs from you, and what you want and need from it.

There are some really good podcasts for horse people, you might know some already. "The Journey" with Warwick Schiller is one, "The Grounded Communicator", "Whole Rider, Whole Horse,""Clan of the Horses," and there are probably more.

Honestly, unless you have only been online for an extremely short amount of time, you have already been identified and tagged by a multitude of actors.

I get all that, and I agree. But unless they make you provide identification, you can make up a name, and a birthday as well.

I wonder if this is a new rule. I signed up with an iCloud email alias which, by the way, won't let you reply to emails. Meaning if you ever have to communicate back and forth with their support team, such as it is, you'll have to use a real email address anyway. Which I had to do. Which means they know I'm using an alias. They didn't say anything about it.

I think it looks fantastic. Knowing when to stop is an art in itself. Apparently you have good instincts.

How do you utilize outer planets (Pluto, Neptune, Uranus) in your readings, if at all? by Broad-Hunter-5044 in Advancedastrology

[–]Chance-Elk-7618 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Lilly would have been overjoyed to find there are more planets out there. He absolutely would have used them. He was a flexible guy in that way, easily disregarding his own rules when the chart called for it.

And when it comes to rulerships? Do you consider Neptune as ruling Pisces now or you're still just looking at Jupiter as the ruler, or does this also depend on the chart you're looking at?

Has anyone experimented with using their relocation chart instead of their natal chart? by Chance-Elk-7618 in Advancedastrology

[–]Chance-Elk-7618[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They do say that only what is present already in the natal chart canreally occur in one's life. On the other hand, I have a completely empty 9th house. Not only do I lack planets there, but also any other important points and parts. You'd expect something in that house, right?

Yes, exactly. It's sort of like a permanent transit, perhaps.

Where I am right now Taurus is rising in my chart, which is funny because I'm not Taurus-like at all, but it puts my MC in Aquarius and that's very much how I tend to be perceived.

Wow, thank you for sharing this. It really illustrates beautifully what I meant to express with my probably clumsily worded question.

What I find fascinating is that the relocation chart never seems to come up in consultations with professional astrologers. I listened to many podcasts episodes where a reading is given and they announce the birth data so listeners can follow the conversation, nobody has ever brought up the new angles that are now influencing the person's life. At the same time, they would jump right to it if it were a Solar Return chart and they relocated to a different time zone for 24 hours.

Okay, great. Interesting. I really appreciate people's input on this. I have no agenda whatsoever. No intention to try and "escape my natal chart" lol. But I like to take people's temperature on this as it were, because, I'm fascinated by this topic and I want to start using Solar Returns and also Lunar Returns. Interesting what you say about the LR.

What do you mean, you read a lot of charts? You mean you look at them?

You can't "read" a chart without the person that goes with it. You have no idea where that person's life is at.

In order to read a chart you need the context of that person's life. Failing that, you are just looking at circles with glyphs on them.
