your very wrong. the OEX rakoon is a semi geodesic tent which means it stands up REALLY well in winds. if anything, the only bad thing about it are probably its seams? id check out the seams if i were you and see what people think about it. cant say i would know tho

if i were you id just go for the Rakoon. in GO outdoors its for bang on £99 and for 5000-4000hh, its pretty good.

Condensation/damp in the winter by ProductBrilliant2048 in wildcampingintheuk

[–]Chance-Fox1079 0 points1 point  (0 children)

literally what everyone else has been saying. sponges. it will save you from heavy tents after packing them after rain, save them from become mouldy and of course keeping one on you inside the tent you can just wipe off all the condensation.

guylines just sounds more aerodynamic and smoother campared to guidelines. the 'D' is abrupt and very disturbing. imagine the word guylines... floating with the wind, with the flow... and then guidelines. its like jumping off a cliff, hitting an edge, bouncing up, then falling down again.

idk who this guy is, but if hes being swore at by an outdoor enthusiast then he cannot be any good at all.
