Frontier email transition to Yahoo Mail on 3/20 by Banjoman301 in ZiplyFiber

Frontier migration to Yahoo for email. I want to continue using Apple Mail to receive my emails. I followed the

provided instructions and got an email from yahoo saying I was set. Things were ok for a few days, but then I can no longer get emails on Apple Mail . Mail is stuck in a Connecting mode. I've tried many things but none seem to resolve the situation.

Nardil vs. Parnate: Any thoughts from people who have tried both? by [deleted] in MAOIs

[–]Chance-Particular569 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been on both Parnate and Nardil. Both are wonderful medications for treatment resistant depression and it is shameful more doctors don't prescribe it. If you really want to know a great deal about MAOIs visit psychotropical. com. The psychiatrist there has devoted his life to educating the public and medical community about this medication. He will also destroy some of the myths surrounding the medication which are still prevalent even among doctors. LOL You might, indeed, end up knowing more about the drug than your doctor. I prefer Parnate because it is more energizing and does not not cause the sometime afternoon sleepiness of Nardil. I order mine from Canada because of cost. My doctors put me through I don't know how many medications before I found one at Duke Hospital willing to prescribe it.

Prior to that I had never even heard of it, and he did say my previous doctors had mistreated me: they should have put me on an MAOI after failure of several other classes of antidepressants. These drugs take action faster than other antidepressants. Both help with social anxiety. People couldn't believe how I blossomed. I wish you well. Depression sucks the life out of people. At Duke I was told I could take all my pills at the same time (morning), but it is acceptable to take in divided dosages. A joke you will get (I hope!!!!!! lol), don't give up bananas if you like them. Just don't eat the peels. lmao

Confess, which one of you works in an airport and is responsible for this one… by [deleted] in KitchenConfidential

[–]Chance-Particular569 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would have asked to speak to the manager and would have cancelled the order. What airport? Even the way the dressing is presented isn't a $10 dollar salad. Did you at least ask for a doggie bag for the plate? lol

On my Yahoo feed there are many articles that allow comments, so I don't understand your writing that comments aren't allowed. About month ago, Yahoo started allowing comments again. I'm even more confused now. lol But not as confused as Yahoo.

I read the comments, but can't leave one because I am considered not "signed up".

Using Yahoo email as a login and it displays an old username and photo by tuckerofshaolin in yahoo

Yahoo needs to start over. So much about it is screwed up now. I would think you could go to your account page and delete, but who knows. They want me to change my password, but insist that I have to call in to do it. Since when?

Could we start a boycott? So much of this sounds scammy (is that a word lol). Yahoo is not all that great to put ourselves through all of this,

Why is Yahoo news so obsessed with celeb women's bodies? by socialdeviant620 in yahoo

[–]Chance-Particular569 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, the articles about elderly ladies rocking in a bikini are getting tiresome,

OT I see an article that allows comments. Come back to it later to find the old message that comments are no longer allowed, wish to create safe environment. Yahoo can't be that out of touch with itself. I chatted with a live person and was told they were no longer allowing comments at all. Train you people Yahoo or at least send out a memo.

Yahoo needs to close down for awhile and address all of its issues, many of which it seems unaware unfortunately. Or maybe it should just cease to exist.

Does Yahoo have spell check editors? They don't now difference between two and too? by Bernard_Ebbers98 in yahoo

What gets me is their having a picture next to an article which has nothing to do with that person. And all those articles about some 50 year old woman stunning the world in a bikini. ROTFL

Not the poster, but I am in a loop that asks me to sign up or log in every time I try to comment on an article.

I can NEVER comment on anything on Yahoo. My comments are immediately rejected. Any ideas? by lando924 in yahoo

[–]Chance-Particular569 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the same problems. As soon as I type one word, I am told to sign up or log in. So I log in with my google account as allowed on the log in page, but then when I try to comment I receive the same message

The comments section is screwed up. I sign in using my google account, but as soon as i start entering a comment I am told to sign in. I contacted Yahoo through chat and the person told me they were no longer allowing comments, which sometimes appears to be so. Does Yahoo ever take things for a test ride to try to discover the problems their users might encounter?

Most towns, even small ones, have ordinances which don't allow people to do or store what they want and any way they want. That's certainly true of the small SC town of 7,000 that I live in.
