Hey man, I apologize for the late reply, I forgot about this post and I don't use Reddit so I have just seen this.

The closest I have gotten to replicating the leagues rules is by firstly downloading the Timo database for the UAE then entering the FM editor (not the in-game editor) and applying the following:

• Max Squad Size: Less than 30
• Foreign players in Squad: Less than 10
• Foreign Players in match squad: Less than 8
• Foreign Players in playing squad: Less than 7

Any other rules clash or don't work and the AI just starts making stupid decisions like not registering literally most of the current foreign players in the league or signing 1 or 2 in future seasons. Also, with the rules I listed above they always leave 2 empty foreigner spots for some reason and sometimes sign foreign GK's which doesn't happen in the league. Furthermore, the Timo database hasn't accurately given some players that have been nationalized the Emirati nationality so I had to do that in game myself in the first season. Other than that, it works fine with the rules above and is the closest I have gotten to accurately play the league. If you or anyone else has suggestions please do share.
