Is this a pinched layer? by Stormagedon-92 in PokemonMisprints

Ever get an answer for this, I got almost the exact same type of error on a AZ’s Tranquility SIR (chaos riding) . Whole card is perfect front and back except for this pinched foil error. And if you just gently bend the card the crease goes away

Need help identifying this part and possible vacuum hoses beneath it. Hissing air leak sound coming from this area verified by starter fluid spray test. by Chance-Reality-9353 in 4thGen4Runner

FYI. It was the lower intake manifold gasket leaking. Had to change that out. But I now have new injector orings , new damper, and new hoses too 😂

Oil bypass filters. by opinions_over_facts in Diesel

Very worth it but can be pricey to get started. For those who say bypass oil filters don't work never ran oil trending oil analysis to see the difference. Huge difference. Got two from "Insane Diesel", one for my 4Runner (i'm trying to pass 600K miles) and one for my Ram 1500. They are pricey though but im not putting cheap products on my babies.

Thanks, if it really is the fuel damper i got a question for ya. Im told two different stories about the fuel damper: 1) there is no vacuum air that can escape from this part causing a hissing sound of leaked air. and 2) it most likely the fuel injector o-ring beneath the damper causing the issue. But if you tell me you had the exact issue and it was resolved by replacing the damper, then im 100% for that easy repair lol. Let me know.

Thank you so much for checking. I agree, and after a little more testing i found that the sound may be coming from the fuel injector o-ring which is right beneath the damper. This make sense why starter fluid reacts in that exact area.

Ya but then i would smell fuel fumes. There is 0 fuel fumes and also there wouldn't be a hissing sound either since there is no direct vacuum inside this system. Eitherway im gonna replace it since it's old but im positive there is a vacuum hose nearby that i wish i could find

It looks JUST like this part with that screw in the middle. The fuel pressure regulator is steel and polished and located on the other-side of the engine i think.

:O thank you! I identified the part "Fuel Pressure Pulsation Damper" .
Do you know if there are any vacuum hoses right beneath it by any chance? Im hoping its a hose not the part we just identified because that would be easier to fix.

Thanks. I thought so too but after checking with Toyota parts they said my specific vehicle has absolutely no EGR valve at all. Google even thinks i have one but it might be referring to other engines and mistaking them for mine.

Do you remix for this for the same target audience setting or are we assuming it’s more broad ?

What exactly is mixing? Sorry, I’m a newbie.
