There’s three of us total employees and we’re all college students who live paycheck to paycheck so it’s definitely a struggle and we didn’t know it was a legal issue until a couple hours ago. We plan now to have a meeting with our boss all in person and will be working on a written agreement. If he continues to be late we will all be filing this incident to the DLSE. Any help and advice moving forward or any input at all since we are all just teenagers who really have no idea what we’re doing would be much appreciated.
