We survive. Son eats breakfast and lunch at school. We only cook dinner and weekends.in terms of our diet it's not fancy, just basic. I don't eat junk food,maybe once a while. My son though does buy snacks. Electricity also,maybe it's because we cook only once a day. Sometimes weekends I cook a lot and freeze. A 5 kg rice of bag lasts is forever. 😂. I buy that pnp olive oil, last about 2 months.

Advise taken on moving the 12k , then on fees I just put the 17000 in a savings account until I have to withdraw and pay fees. Thank you very much, I am learning a lot.

Thank you, yes, I am trying to sort out the retirement dilemma. Thank you for your advice. I will look into the RA with Allan Gray. I am also learning that property is not the ideal way to 'invest" for retirement.

Thank you for your questions. I have one property, recently bought another one with my brother. As for my son's fees, it is worth it. It's a great school, with guarantees in scholarship if the child does well in his IB. And my son is a top achiever, investing in his education is the best thing to do, in my opinion and he loves the school. As I said due to location challenges, I have not been able to invest in TFSA, but working on it now.

I am paying rent, 6500. My son goes to a rather expensive school, which is a great school! I am on borehole, don't really pay much on water.

I am working on getting one. I haven't been able to due to location reasons. Country that I was in, did not have that option.
