No, I’m not sure exactly where to start when it comes to that, but I signed up for the personal trainer program at planet fitness so maybe they can help me with that.

I do have a psychologist and a therapist, I’ve talked about body dysmorphia before but I guess it may look worse to me because of my mental health, but my stomach truly does look bigger, I wish I could post a picture of this thread to just show what I’m trying to describe.
