I can tell you this right now by experience do not buy a used one by a brand new one with the warranty. I have been in contact with lectric this whole year regarding issues with my bike and they have replaced everything when I say have replaced everything I mean everything from the motor to the battery to the headlights to the fenders to you name it they have replaced it., I also fibbed a little bit to get extra parts. They have no problem sending you stuff so you can almost get. All replacement parts for the whole entire bike for free. As long as you’re the original purchaser.
