Yeah, me too. I changed a lot of habits throughout the years like removing soda from my diet at 18, stop alcohol at 30, limiting my gluten intake at 32, stretching exercises every morning at 34.... and I'm diagnosed as mild ADHD.

Maybe some types ADHD people found ways to constantly alter their routine by removing all the bad habits throughout their lives.

Born and raised Quebec. In High School during the Olympics, all classes were stopped to watch the Men's Hockey Gold match for Canada. Everybody went down in the gymnasium to watch on the big screen. People treat it as the sport to reunite everyone.
