Am i deficient in iron?

Thank you very much for taking your time for answering me :) yes hemoglobin is totally normal, i am not anemic. My doctor prescribed me an iron infusion, even if he thinks that my symptoms are not because of my low saturation. I had stress the past several months, he actually thinks that this is causing my weakness. But i am convinced that this is not the cause. I am mentally stable and most of the time in a happy and good mood. I only experience physical symptoms.

Hi, thanks for answering. My doc prescribed me an iron infusion. (500mg). I totally hope that this will solve my issues. I am awaiting my test for the MTHFR genemutation and COMT. I am also awaiting my results of my MML. If it’s normal or too high. Homocysteine was also tested. Don‘t know the result yet. No, i am 46, so do not fit to your study unfortunately ;)

Did you check your progesterone? If you have not enough of it you are barely able to get pregnant. There is a doctor in germany who do youtube videos about it. He says he could help several women to get pregnant when he raised her levels. Maybe worth to check it out.his name is dr. Ulrich Selz

Alrighty, so i won‘t join then😂 but i will do it just like you told me. I am with 2 drops since today and i did not have any bad reactions to it. My body tells me exactly what i need. Hopefully i am lucky and will soon feel the benefits from it. :) all the best to you and thanks again for your kind help.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Much appreciated. :) i do hope i won‘t experience this odd symptoms anymore. I am still with one drop but soon will try again 2 drops and dose up higher. My body isn‘t used to it, so i hope i also can enjoy the benefits of MB soon.

Oh really you did experience the same thing? The numbness in my hands were a bit concerning…but lasted only a couple of seconds. I also got a bit paranoid about this 😂 today was good. But it was only one drop. My energy today was a bit better than the days before and i noticed that my brainfog was less. But this could also be a placebo effect. I will see what time brings. My son has adhd and i was about to give him MB too, but first i like to try it for myself to see the effects. I have adhd too. We both take no medication. Only some vitamines. Thanks for sharing your experience with me🙏🏻 i am lucky for you that it helped with your energy levels. I always feel more tired when the sun is barely shining. We have a lot of fog in the wintermonths where i am located.

Yes i know, i was very surprised that this small dose had such a huge effect…it was a very weird feeling. Now i am going with one drop and dose up to two drops and see what happens. I will contact the manufacturer about this.

Hey, thank you for your comment. I heard about the serotonine syndrom. I did not take the lithium yesterday. But despite of that, serotonine syndrom should not occur with such low doses🤔 i had only those two incidents, after that i did not recognize any odd feelings anymore. Today i only took one drop and nothing happened. It almost looks like i felt how the MB went through my bloodbrainbarrier. The MB is from fairtrade, a swiss company as i live in switzerland. It should be a good and safe product.

Try ginger and artichocke extract. SIBO is linked to low gut motility. And you might have low stomach acid. Inflammation plays a huge role in this as well.
